All Lecky has to do to satisfy all HIS and OUR requirements is sign up more Licenses, EACH ONE for a satisfactory amount.

That would pay off his creditors....AND.... supply Patriot with enough MONEY for some DIVIDEND PAYMENTS..(Which would likely raise the S/P as well)...IMO

...What's holding up that OPTION ???
