No! The board and those behind them thought of that ( this situation we are in now) years ago. One reason we can't get rid of the board is that the board wanted to make sure a big company couldn't just buy up shares and take over the company and/or put its own people on the own board. So the board (our company) is insulated from a hostile takeover, but has we all can see the share price is very low. All I can say is PTSC is still able to do battle in the courts. To what effect remains to be seen. Now who the board really represents is another revelation that remains to be seen.
