For anyone who lives within driving distance of the court, or has time to make a phone call, below are the procedures, to object to the continuance, that I was given by Judge Johnson's Courtroom Deputy Clerk. I live out of state and am unavailable for a call tomorrow. Hope many of you can follow through on this and object on behalf of all shareholders.
For what it is worth. I sent a letter to the Judge via the Deputy Clerk. Unfortunately, there are procedures to follow and she could not just present my letter to him.
If you object to a continuance perhaps you could appear in the courtroom
tomorrow and state your objection on the record or alternatively make a
reservation with CourtCall to appear telephonically (866-582-6878). You
could also arrive early and file your pleading in the clerk's office asking
them to carry it back to chambers in a red folder.
