Once again, the vendor CC members are afraid of DL changing his filing to a Ch7, so they will bend to just about anything. BTW, all but two CC members have strong adverse and short term motives driving their decisionmaking, compared to what PTSC's SHOULD be during this negotiation/settlement period.

Have no fear ..Gloria is our representative on the CC. What bad could possibly happen ? :0
