at this point it's a pretty safe bet that if/when that comes to pass, there would be a Class Action suit against PTSC; and certainly the BOD members would likely be sued personally as well.

The history, practices, waste, and epic failures here, combined with the company's E&O Insurance, is enough to attract the interest and participation of small aggressive law firms; perhaps it already has. Once that starts, the onion peeling begins, and Carl, Gloria and Cliff (and others) would be dragged through the lenghty and grinding process of transparency and accountability.

Such an effort likely won't help our investment, but if justified, it will be good medicine for the soul.
