Looks as if rent in the vicinity of 20883 Stevens Creek Blvd. is going for around $3.60 sq.ft /mo. http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/18195978/20863-Stevens-Creek-Blvd-Cupertino-CA/
In its operating report posted by BaNosser today (5/22/14)TPL shows a rent payment of $14,302 (next month forecasted at $14,585) $14,302/3.60 = aprox. 4,000 square feet
TPL can’t possibly be using 4,000 square feet of space for its few employees. Is TPL paying the rent for Alliacense and if so, how come the Creditor’s Committee isn’t all over this one?
