how about opining on something substantive to the BK proceedings ? How about the new hourly pay relationship with Otteson, the BK Courts consideration of a Trustee, their potentially addressing the Alliasence vendor Contract, the debt preference payoff of TPL's Insiders, the Creditor Committee's current posture, PTSC's absence to individually appeal to the Court as the MMP and JV Co-Owner, etc etc etc ?

Naturally, we all understand you can't speak for Mr. Moore or divulge any confidentialities, so how about profering your thoughts from the viewpoint of an arms length individual (as if you were one) about how things stand today with regards DL, PTSC, and the future prosecution and licensing of the MMP ?
