We have to either 1) make it worth their while to move on prior to warrant expiration, or 2) create an untenable situation (which could be an interesting subject in itself).

I don`t know how we stack up in their stable of other ``investments``, but knowing that may give us a clue as to how difficult it may be to gain 100% emancipation.
