A question that needs an answer is; What has our BoD done, if anything to get that third person, (independant person that is),,on the PDS board.

It seems that DL has another chance to sidetrack any License money from PDS to whomever he decides, unless that escape hatch is barred..

CARL JOHNSON's lack of action to prevent that from happening,, would,,IMO,, be a gross dereliction of his duties as 'A', director of Patriot.. IMO...

It is obvious ,at least to me, that he is, "as an attorney" the most qualified director to protect us from any and all threats to OUR, Return on investment..

It is certainly reasonable for Patriot management to inform us of any activity in that regard,that is or is not underway, at this time.
