warrants etc that Schwarty supposedly has why would he keep shorting. This may make him a few thousand but if he supported the company, voted for strong mgmt etc the company share price could be much higher.

In fact if he sold the company half of his position and let the share price really reflect true value (?) and lets say that is a dollar a share then a fifty million dollar profit would not be small potatoes even to someone like him.

Also, I have spoken directly with Mr. Pohl, last time about three weeks ago. He told me that he was still trying to get a few people for the A. Board. Brian, do you know what that is all about? Why is it so diffcult to get intelligent, knowledgable people like yourself for a

tech company advisory board? Here in San Diego there have got to be thousands who would qualify. Something just does not smell right.
