Think of your 20-22 year old still living at home as a good comparison: Over the years you`ve put up with the mooching because they a kid - But now, they have the skills to be independent!...but find it`s still easier to keep the tentacle attached to Mom and Dad`s wallet...

Sometimes it`s an easy process. Other times, not.
