We should have voted to increase their pay! But at the same time mandate that it be tied to certain conditions: raising the share price, signed contracts and revenue and what ever else that would be to shareholders advantage. If those conditions are not achieved then no pay what so ever!!!

I am surprised that they haven't added a cost of living increase to their contracts!
