Brian, I agree it should send a message to the Board and if they actually cared it would be a significant insult to any true business professional.

i also find it interesting and troubling that we have fellow shareholders who failed to vote their hundreds of Millions of shares and REALLY make the Insult to the Board that much stronger! They withheld their votes and sat on the sidelines for what reason I cannot imagine.

I do not know if these shareholders are low information share owners or just do not understand that an anti Board vote is much stronger then a non vote. True we who did vote on a 3 - 1 basis againist the Board was a substantial anti percentage statement but I would have rather had the anti votes be 275,000,000 shares againist by adding in most of the withheld votes.

I also found the comp vote interesting.

Either way the Board rec'd another message on how "we" feel about their "leadership" in advancing the cause of OUR company or should I say lack thereof of professional or moral or ethical leadership.

I was not surprised but rather dismayed to a very very small degree (remember I just stated I was not surprised) when during the lenghty shm CF did not answer such questoins as.... Why has PTSC not taken a greater role in protecting our interest in the Bk proceedings? Why has PTSC not taken a great role in protesting the costly delays by the CC committee and Judge and of course DL in failing to assign a bk recevier? Or finally it would have been nice to have greater detail on the PDS three party situation and why CJ allowed the PDS situation to get out of hand regarding MMP compensation for licenses such as Apple or any number of other such points of interest?

Flowers certainly could not plead being too tired to continue talking virtually as the mtg by my recknoing went a lenghty 19 minutes. Imagine, 19 minutes to speak to the shareholders of the company you receive $400k+ in compensation from. (Please note, I did not say earn as that would be an insult to everybody who actually works and yes earns their wages or compensation).
