To me, that is BS. It sounds like we are still playing the shyster's game, not ours. It implies that we have not done our homework and do not have a firm plan for MMP monetization to run with in the event the judge throws us the bone. This is, of course, just my reaction to this latest delay, and I hope I am wrong. But, if we were in position to run with the MMP in the event we are ceded control of it, we should/would be chomping at the bit and not caving to continuance requests. Bury the shyster; take the MMP and do something with it ............ or just turn out the damn lights.
