I predict that a judge will find him in contempt and that a trustee will be appointed. I would hope that if he is in fact found in contempt, this will open the door for ending our ComMag. It should also open the door for an agressive license campaign since he will no longer have the opportunity to steer the revenue streem (or lack there of).

On the other side, if there is no aggressive license campaign, we may be able to drive this dirt-ball into Chapt 7. With a Chap 7., he goes away for good! That is unless our BOD brings him back and lets him control the entire thing again. They may just stupid enough to do that!
