Many know me from being here for over 6-7 years......From what i believe i learned co`s go public in general to raise capital .....They always say they do things to maximize sharholder value....It appears with all stocks, that we are only pawns to be played with.....They need us to raise capital, but really destain us and our best interests are not theirs.......Any comments.....Larry
