From the most recent 10-Q - "If we determine that it is appropriate to consolidate PDS, we would measure the assets, liabilities and noncontrolling interests of PDS at their fair values at the date that we have the controlling financial interest." .... Given that the MMP is the ONLY asset of PDS, can you tell me HOW the fair value of it will be determined?
I think this is a fair question to ask, don't you?
Although I would expect that our BoD should already know what they think the fair value of the MMP is within a range based on number of on-notice infringers/products, scope of infringement, etc. Surely there must be a model out there for a patent portfolio valuation?
