This is why we will be having a virtual shm in a few weeks without live interaction between the board of directors of PTSC and Shareholders.

This crew has a lot to answer for and it is my opinion that most of us would not like the answers (if they were honestly given) nor would an independent entity(s) such as a Judge and or a Jury.

The 64 million dollar question .... Why did the Board not follow the inital contract terms and force tpl to pay up or lose out? The 128 million dollar question why did the board of PTSC loan money to TPL? I could go on but there are not enough zero's to the questions that need to be answered.
