Ron - Gumbo,

Does hiorpe's strategy have any merit? We were convincingly victorious with the two claims against HTC. Would it make sense to file exactly the same suit(just the two claims) against the many others we know to have at least a couple products that infringe those two claims of our patent? Wouldn't stream lining our suit to match what we won with against HTC, speed up the process in court. Thus, forcing possibly many companies to the table sooner, instead of later or never.
