First off.... $950... .I will consider this a TYPO.

It seems that you are among that group of posters, who are unable to see that the case was trimmed down to the MOST critical elements, to limit any extraneous items that might expand the potential to drag out the trial and prevent the JURY from reaching a verdict in our favor.

As a result of that approach we received a verdict on a limited number of products and a more concise and narrowly focused charge of infringement.

Therefore it would warrant a dollar amount commensurate with the scope of the charges..IMO
