Maybe this has already been brought up and if so I apologize for redundancy.
However, I would like to suggest that all those who have or who are going to submit questions to the PTSC Board also submit them here on Agora.
If the question as presented to us sounds like one that most or all of us would like to be answered then I suggest that it be submitted by those shareholders who agree with the initial submittal. And, once again notify the posters on this Board.
I hope that someone who has the time, patience and ability will keep track of the posted questions and thus by the time of the virtual (?) shm that individual(s) can compile a list on one post of all questions that were submitted and how many of the same were said to be submitted in support of the first submittal.
Then it will be interesting to note whether the Board addresses these questions, which ones, were they read by the Board in the same way they were submitted and did the frequency of the question being submitted hold any sway on whether or not the Board chose to answer it?
I think that a list or compilation of these questions will be eye opening at the time of the Board Meeting. Without such a list or the knowledge of the questions that have been submitted to the Board shareholders will never know what were the questons actually submitted and which ones the Board decided to ignore.
I am unaware of any Public Corp that can or has held their Annual Shareholder Board Meeting without having live representation of Public Share holders. I would appreciate it if anyone on Agora can give me some examples where this has happened in the past.
Thank you all
