Your point is well taken. It also makes me think about many other costs that are not necessarily disclosed. Is this even legal. I mean can they change the SEC requirements by simply saying/voting among themselves that they don't need to disclose anything they don't want to disclose? contracts, names, political contributions, etc.... ???

How do they get to vote this provision for themselves and have it be legal? That is my question back to you and others?
