IMO,,,,, Nick you are correct in assessing that DL is not in direct control of our Company and yet.... he just might be in control of at the very least two of three Board members and the 3rd if I recall correctly was placed on the Board oh so many years ago by Swartz et al and still might be reporting to him as I think CJ is still involved with other Swartz directed companies.

As for the other two Board members.... I have long advocated that Gloria is not imo a very good forensic auditor and we need for PTSC as well as for the TPL BK a real independent forensic auditor. Ron, you are also right in the respect that Gloria at one point said that TPL was in trouble and yet she also said to me at a shm that they were a viable concern and I would assume that she was involved with the decision to front money to TPL during their time of hardship as well as to forgive some of their required financial participations that PTSC took over for them. Therefore we might want to fall back on a statement or suggestion that I think she made once on how she was being blackmailed by DL. (If I got that wrong I stand corrected and if someone would point that out to me I would appreciate it).

Regarding arbitration for a third party on PDS ..... great idea but if and I may be repeating myself Carl J for whatever reason sides with DL in decisions that third seat could be meaningless. We need to clear house and I mean sorry for those who like our current Board, we need to drop 1 - 2 - 3 Board members for IMO incompetence if not worse. Only with two business knowledgable members who have profit for PTSC at the heart of their decisions on the PDS panel as well as on our Board of Directors can we shareholders be sure of receiving a fair shake.

I go back to the companies PR yesterday when I posted it said nothing to me ..... until I see real and honest movement it is as Brian called it a CYA PR.
