How about Ron or Laurie or a few others? Is the third member a Swartz employee? Will the court presure them to get an outsider. What about Mr. Brown? Or even CM himself. This is a great oportunity for them to get someone that is going to watch out for the shareholders. I wonder also if the court judge and prying eyes on all the activities had something to do with this latest action by the BOD. What ever the reasons, to me it is welcome news headed in the right direction for shareholders. GLTAL
