Agoracom made him a Hub Leader because they were convinced by a few that they should violate their own rules.

I thought Agorcom's 'prime directive' was to let the members decide (not a select few of the members). I guess 'Exective Orders' get misused here as well. Checks and Balances and rules can just be tossed aside.

I don't think a few convinced Agora to make Brian a Hub Leader.. I didn't requested it.. I only requested that they review the imo pathetic way he was banned.. Perhaps Agora received a large number suggesting it by forum members.. I don't know.. They obviously agreed regarding the way he was banned.. Perhaps they just felt that promoting him to HL status he could no longer be unjustly banned..
