If any fraud was perpetrated by DL/TPL certainly PTSC would have/should have been cognizant of it all. A forensic expert, and all the corporate attorneys and the likes of Turley that have been involved with the running of PTSC for years, certainly someone there should have been aware of the DL shenanegans that's been going on for years.

Were any of the players paid off to look the other way? Well we all have to decide for ourselves....

It doesn't pass the smell test for me.
