What is it that Patriot would have amended on Feb 4, 2013, right before TPL filed BK on March 20. Can we petition the SEC to make these docs public in light of all the evidence coming out of the BK to support that DL has been controlling every move by PTSC? Maybe one of our legal experts would be willing to contact the special counsel for the SEC listed below.
