If I remember correctly, swartz had warrants and the lower the price the lower the warrant buy in. More than likely swartz was shorting shares to drive prices lower so he could load up on warrants at a lower cost basis. That's why shares always fluctuated down to 2-3 cents back than. See the pattern. Who would benefit now if shares were driven lower. Just follow the money. Could swartz yet again be involved, hmmmm.
Biajj could write a book on this subject with swartz and warrants but I think I have it accurate.
