If it was taken of the exchange when was it put back on the exchange? And what has been happening to the stock price since the relisting on the exchange? Has there been naked shorting in Germany? If so, who is doing the selling and who are they selling it to? Is there some connection to a US exchange?

Or even an exchange somewhere else that in turn has a relationship to a US exchange?
