Low Hanging Fruit

Did we get it all? At one time that was the reason we were given for low signing fees.
There hasn't been a license issued since 09/19/2013. I would think selling licenses is the most basic fiduciary responsibility our company leaders could have. They actually state that’s what we do on the company website.
Out of the 400 some targets they claim to have, isn't there more "Low Hanging Fruit"? They could be licensing companies at the rate of 3-5 per month for somewhere between 0 - $5, 000,000. At $1,000,000. each, like we received from HTC, the company could be adding to our bottom line in a consistent, shareholder appealing matter. I don't think we’d be at .05 do you? We have valid patents and a win for those patents in district court. Why aren't they licensing?
