TPL right now has Court protections from any and all creditors, debts and attachments, and is in the process of arranging for a guarantee to be able to make future PDS contributions, possibly for Alliasence to remain the licensing arm and getting 25% of all deals, and more than likely for family member's debts of approx $40M to be paid back too.

The lack of licensing is putting pressure on everyone else but TPL, and that includes PTSC.
