How about cutting the Crap attacks you have been posting..... picking and insulting a few of the most productive, resourceful and selfless giving individuals on this board is beyond the pale iMO. Not one of them that I can see and IMO has ever given anyone any reason to believe that they have profited from posting on this Board.

I refer to the ones you have recently taken to account and that includes Laurie (ladies first), Mark, Ron and Brian. Even Kidd who has recently taken a back seat has spoken up against these attacks on these folks .

Meanwhile the PTSC Board of three who control less then imo .002% of PTSC stock but have profited more then most shareholders are laughing all the way to the bank. You four and some others are either allies of the board or ????? honestly I cannot think of any other reason you would attack contributors who provide information that might be used by the rest of us to come to some sort of conclusion such as sell the shares we have, buy more shares or as a group of thousands (at one time we were) combine a few dollars each and before it is to late get before the BK Judge and BK Committee and present our case. We need a receiver that realizes that the Leckrones through TPL and Alliacense and yes the Board of PTSC has screwed not only the PTSC shareholders but all the creditors of TPL.

Can anyone of you give a good reason for the actions or inactions of the PTSC Board. For their lack of transparency for their lack of communications of so many material items affecting our company for hiding behind a virtual shm etc etc.... (suggest you all read Lambs recent post if you need some more things to think about other then to attack Laurie and Mark for posting the pacer information before they themselves read it... after all would that make you happy ?????? maybe they should pay for a subscription for you and then after you have notified that you have read all recent postings then then they could read it themselves and post it for the rest of us.

IMO and I will repeat IN MY OPINION.... accepting a deal from Leckrone at this juncture would be a mistake for all the TPL creditors..... If and once again IMO I believe a solid and respected Receiver could find a buyer for ALL OF THE MMP at a price that would make all of the creditors outside of PTSC shareholders whole as it is such a valuable asset (still) and though at this point some shareholders of ptsc ill be net losers it still might be able to give us a few cents more.

However as Brian recently pointed out Leckrone is sly, sleazy (my words) and shrewd and would love to have a sweetheart deal with the BK and then come back and maybe even buy us out and if he does it will be quite possibly for less then a nickel on a share..... and do not be surprised folks if he does that all of a sudden there is a slew of licensing of the MMP that has the leckys and possibly some of the posters on this board laughing all the way to the bank.

I am not accusing anyone here of being in bed with the Leckys but it would not surprise me.

SO let me repeat ..... how about cutting the crap and quit going after posters who are trying to help all shareholders ...... stop protecting the Ptsc board as it makes you all look foolish or even worse.

Of course this is my opinion and I wonder how many read this before it is deleted.
