I am also well aware that once the JV was established, PTSC agreed to seat Bob Neilson as the 3rd Board member of PDS; and it's acting President.

Interestingly and curiously, I believe Mr Neilson had just become employed by TPL after being the Relational Advisor representative who was instrumental is representing Dan Leckrone's buyout offer for the MMP to PTSC.
