You are dead wrong. What I said was that I went to the court house. I never said that I copied docs.

I went there with a blank note pad and spent hours taking notes. I never spent one dime for copies of any court documents. I freely shared on this forum my notes and I believe that I stated that I saw "Apple" unredacted in the documents I reviewed.

I apologize to you and any other members on this forum who were offended by my last post. It takes a lot to move me off center. You can't begin to know what my mindset is nor do I know what yours is. I am not part of any group. I simply share in the belief that our BoD has failed miserably, especially where they have had opportunities to make things better for shareholders and didn't act on it (i.e. using arbitration to appoint a third member of PDS; not covering the capital call for TPL and gaining a bigger % of PDS,).
