I never said this new attorney was about the MMP, or the Core Flash asset. As you correctly say, PTSC may be affected by the BK association. PDS may also be affected as may all creditors if TPL is allowed to ADD another expense to its already ridiculous payments to friends and family. This is why I feel it should be a replacement, not an addition.
