Actually, it indicates that some comments are so breathtakingly stupid that a person has to respond. It's a PACER posting. You ascribing some kind of affirmative duty to Ron to monitor and supply information to everyone. Isn't that ridiculous? Most don't need 30 years to figure that one out.
