The committee may indicate that but, a judge may see it differently. Not so likely, but a judge may see something that invalidates a previous license. AND........... just what was the license that AAPL signed???? Just what does it say? Do you have a copy? Is there some sort of addendum or stipulation that would increase the amount if something happens or does not happen? Is there a copy in the public record that outlines exactly what DL negotiated on behalf of PTSC shareholders ( with BOD approval... if they really did know all the details... and if they knew the details then did they know the exact amount of the percentages of the package deal and that it was a package deal... and they don't want to let anyone know that they knew). Just wondering ..... Could someone please post the contract that DL signed with APPL .... or is it still in "the drawer" .... ( with any other deals in the drawer...)

So many secrets and yet IMO some know many of those secrets!!!!
