and realistically tell us how the company will translate those facts into tangable benefits for Shareholders.

Continued conspiracy posts are worn out science fiction when compared to the obviousness of the negative and very uncertain (legal, patent, time, license fee value, failed leadership) environment we continue to find ourselves in.
