what you apparently don't understand is that if Patriot were to ask the court to invalidate the licensing contract or to alter its terms, and the Court did that, or even didn't do that, leckrone could not come back after patriot in violation of breaching the contract because it's the court itself that is taking the actions to undo it and the court has authority to act that way. There would be no breach in asking the court to undo the contract. Just like when we were in Superior Court and when we sued TPL in 2010, and we were asking the court to undo the contract back then; that was not a "breach" or "risk" either.

the law is not as you suggest, otherwise nobody could ever take anyone to court for fear that they would be considered in breach of the contract just by doing so.
