Just read your post from the other day and I wanted to thank you both as well as a few others for clearly pointing out the obvious. As you both know I have been advocating an investigation by the bk committee and or the BK Judge. The simplest step would be to hire a forensic auditor to find out where and how Leckrone took OUR money and that of the other creditors.

So far I have gotten little support though I Have petitioned outside sources.

I would also love to have PTSC audited by a shareholder paid for auditor but as our Board fails to tell us anything. In fact if it wasn't for the two of you and a few others we would know nothing.

I am willing to bet that we will not be seeing a public shm (or have I missed notification of one???) in So. Cal this year for obvious reasons. If we have one I bet it will be another tele conference or timbuktu meeting.

In closing.....I believe that over the course of our lives and even or especially after we pay for our mistakes, errors, lies, scams, etc etc..... that is what I believe (and yes I also have to account for my errors in judgement and actions). I believe the PTSC Board and the Leckrones have alot to answer for and eventually will be held to account.

Though it is of little consolation to those who have lost substantial monies by the evil and or mismanagement of leckrone(s) and our Board of Directors in the end I believe there will be a judgment day (for all of us). I know that there are many who post that believe that even though the three amigos on the ptsc board are basically good people ..... I am not one of them. To much has gone under the bridge that would have made a good person stand up and say enough and either resign or tell the truth of what has gone on between ptsc and tpl etc.....

I pray in sincerity that those shareholders that have suffered due to the actions and words and promises and yes lies,of our mgmt over the years, the leckrones and yes even those infringing companies that have stolen our property intellectual rights and laughed at our puny efforts to collect, anyway as I was saying I pray that those who have suffered gravely find solace that there will be another day and if they have faith and keep their belief where it belongs ptsc may not be the answer but eventually they will find peace and prevail.
