Not if he runs out of cash. When the cash dries up so do the lawyers. It takes big money to appeal. If he could come up with the necessary cash he would have to explain where/how he got it. He's supposed to be filing for BK...means he has run out of cash.

What I don't understand is why the PTSC BOD's aren't climbing all over him. I can only hope that they are.

Time will tell.......
