It would be interesting to call Apple as a witness either in BK or NDoC to recount how their negotiations went and who was present from "our" side during those negotations. i.e. who knew that the numbers were being messed with for the licenses, and when? Leckrone(s)? Johnson? Neal? I'd really like to see that culpability made public.
