Indeed, many "new" buyers bought, considering a positive ITC-ruling. Most of them didn't know much about the already exisitng negative ITC-ruling from last year. Hence, expectaions were high, even some "old" shareholders told many times about our current position within the ITC case.

However, not only "new" investors sold. There are very well known old PTSC-shareholders who are not in the mud to wait longer and sold their shares this morning.

It's up to our "leaders" (TPL/PTSC) to show results form having a positve HTC-ruling.
