I offer the following alternative to BaNosser (or any other poster for that matter) doing his utmost best in providing PACER updates to mostly (though certainly there are obvious exceptions that prove the rule) appreciative shareholders and Agoracom posters, and in return being chastised and accused by those "exceptions", and SHAMEFULLY so, should he decide to dedicate his time to his family and work pursuits, or for ANY OTHER REASON, and perhaps miss updating this message board with filings.

Here's a novel concept:

Why not have the company which has its LIFEBLOOD on the line, create a space on its website where THE COMPANY actually PROACTIVELY AND TRANSPARENTLY posts, AS THEY ARE FILED, all PACER and otherwise related legal postings that have to do with these issues that THE COMPANY's MANAGEMENT and BOD blame for their inability to move the company forward and return value to their shareholders.

Ain't it funny how the simplest of solutions seems to escape those who wish to escape accountability?

BTW, your apology and sense of duty are completely unnecessary, and actually in error. You've been (as has anyone else who has updated with posts of PACER filings) a CHAMPION to Agoracom posters for what you have unnecessarily and voluntarily provided, and it's ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL that anyone would accuse you or anyone else of what they have for doing what you have no need to do. Everyone here, by virtue of being on this board, has the ability to get this info on their own, so the SHAME belongs to them for not getting the info on their own, and even more so for implying negative and libelous intentions towards you or others for doing nothing but helping them to overcome their own laziness and irresponsibilty.
