What is the best strategy we have to improve court awarded settlement dollars....how are we going to do this?

I know this is a "no sh*t Sherlock" comment but if we had been awarded a respectable/fair amound from the HTC court win we'd be at $1 right now...with alot to look forward to...

But we are now in a very tricky spot of having to prove infringement and second to get more than chicken feed...

It now looks like the ladder is now our real challenge...
