That there is no anticipation by the market of a positive ruling by the ITC. The stock is doing nothing... in fact it's trying to fall farther as I type. Something doesn't smell quite right IMO. The odds of a favorable ruling are in our favor yet the market is saying otherwise. Hmm.....
