I have to assume that most, if not all of the old time longs are fully invested in PTSC. I'm certainly not interested in accumulating any more. We need new investors/traders to move the stock price up. Nobody knows about the stock. You can eliminate Institutional and mutual fund entry because of PTSC being a penny stock. Stuck in the pink sheet arena.

We need major money flowing in. License activity to really escalate and escalate fast plus some positive ink.

Those 3 things to happen are all we need. :0)
