Coming from a superstitious person, let's not spend all day predicting outcomes and share prices. Seemingly, no one on this chat board has been right anyway. There is always this unpredictable measure of uncertainty and unanticipated consequences/rulings that no one hedges.

As a matter of fact, we may not even see a final determination today even though it is on today's docket. Whether it is today, tomorrow, next week or next month, it will eventually come. I personally hope this is delayed until the Leckrone BK is decided. I just don't want him to get on dime out of this situation going forward. Chapter 7 is the only solution that would suit me!
