Yes after all the years of next event horizons it will go down to the last possible variable: the CFAC. The question will be how long and what kind of stick do we have to beat people into licensing while we wait. If we lose the infringement issue then it will be a twig. If we lose the Domestic industry it will be a bit bigger but in the end it will be a waiting game. Right now it doesn't matter until our licensing partner gets removed or gets going on the job they were hired to do. If we get both victories then logic would dictate that licenses would become necessary. Lets see if Dans games have screwed us on DI. I don't see how they can let Gildeas claims construction stand.
