reading thru the Chu motion(2/12) responding to the(heavily redacted) public Ottenson letter (2/06) on EDIS site, one would think this will be a wisdom of Soloman -like decision. TPL needs to overcome the previous ITC ruling; while HTC, et al., make a strong argument against application of NDoC decision in this appeal. Coin Toss: heads we win, Tails they lose?
